The CFMCF Annual Offsite & Range Day on Saturday, January 16, 2027, offers a full day of planning, camaraderie, friendly competition, great food, and fellowship, whether you're shooting or spectating.
We’ll begin the day with our Annual Offsite, where CFMCF members will come together to review 2026, discuss accomplishments and lessons learned, and plan the Foundation’s priorities, events, and initiatives for 2027. From there, we’ll transition into Range Day and our January gathering.
Set on 200 acres at the Volusia County Gun & Hunt Club, a premier SIG SAUER Academy Outpost, Range Day is all about camaraderie, fun, friendly competition, and great food among friends. Enjoy team-oriented shooting activities, relaxed socializing, plenty of laughs, and the esprit de corps that makes this event a CFMCF favorite.
Between the sound of steel targets and a potluck spread, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re behind the trigger or simply there for the fellowship. Attendees are asked to bring a cold dish to share, such as wraps, salads, sandwiches, finger foods, snacks, or similar items.
Shooters should bring their own firearm and ammunition. Registered shooters will receive the 2027 load-out list, round count, schedule of events, course information, and specific check-in details prior to the event. Rifle and pistol activities will be designed for intermediate to advanced shooters, with participants assigned to teams for friendly competition.
Not shooting? Spectators are welcome. Registered non-shooters and spectators will also receive event information, a what-to-bring list, schedule, and check-in details.
Eye and ear protection must be worn as required on the range, and all guests must complete the required waiver.
Come for the camaraderie, stay for the shooting, as a participant or spectator.
How to Complete Your Registration
Your registration is complete only after all three requirements below have been completed:
1. Complete the Registration Form
Fill out and submit the registration form below. When you click Register, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal to complete Step 2.
2. Pay the $50 Registration Fee
Complete the $50 payment through PayPal after submitting the registration form. Submitting the form without completing payment does not complete your registration.
3. Complete and Email the Range Waiver
Download and complete the required Volusia County Gun Club waiver. Email your completed waiver to mkniseley@kitcarsonventures.com before the event. The waiver requires the attendee's signature, printed name, date, and age.
