**Timeline:**

7 am set up, Range will be open

7:15 registration, there will be a table set up in front of the clubhouse

7:30 Color Guard and National Anthem

7:40 Call to Carts

7:55 Leadouts from staging

8  Balls in the air

12 pm start of lunch and trophies/prizes

**(A shuttle will be provided because the lunch is in the hotel area)

Location: 

8575 White Shark Blvd, Davenport, FL 33896

Volunteers:
Time: Please meet between 6:45 am and 7:00 a.m. in front of the left side of the clubhouse.

Many things will happen the morning of, including.

1. Putting up the banner and American Flags.

2. Setting up sound.

3. Goodie bag and registration table.

4. Coffee table, and Super ticket table $100. (Michael will have a QR code and be set up for that payment)

5. Coordinate tents going to the holes.

6. Ensure Color Guard and Suzy singing the National Anthem are good to go, along with the flag on the balcony. 

7. Be ready for the ceremony at 7:30 am

 

For Sponsors with Tents: 

If you are putting up a tent on the golf course, ask that you be there NLT 6:45. 

You will be able to take your vehicle to the hole location. Please have everything you need with you. 

  1. Intermix Real Estate will be at hole 5. 

  2. Saab at hole 10. 

Any other tents will be 12 and 15.

SuperTicket & Raffle

We’ll have a great raffle lineup and the always-popular SuperTicket, available for $100 per team.

Each SuperTicket includes:

  • Two (2) mulligans per team

  • One (1) “yard of string” that can be used at the team’s discretion (for example, to move a ball closer for a putt)

Once the yard is used, it’s gone — and please note, it cannot be used for the Hole-in-One or Putting Contest.

Featured Raffle Prize: A custom Iwo Jima Whiskey/Bourbon Decanter, among other great prizes!

 Scoring

Teams will use the Golf Genius app to record scores. Only one player per team needs to download and use the app.

All confirmed sponsors will also appear in the printed golf program.

Any last-minute sponsors or partners will still receive recognition during the event, though they may not appear on the banner or in the printed materials.

The Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation Casino Night & Silent Auction on Friday, November 7, 2025 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate in the INTERNATIONAL BALLROOM

  • Admission, hors d’oeuvres, and $500 in gaming bucks (entertainment only; no cash value).

  • Theme: Masquerade (optional—dress to impress or come as you are).

  • DJ AI will provide entertainment

  • A 360° photo booth — sponsored by KBR — will also be available for you to enjoy, with digital delivery to your phone.

As you arrive to the OSCELOA BALLROOM, please look for your name on the seating chart to find your assigned table and check in with the JROTC Cadets.

Throughout the evening, you’ll have opportunities to capture memories:

  • Traditional photos with the American and USMC flags — sponsored by Cole Engineering — will be digitally delivered to your phone by the end of the evening.

Parking Information:

Self and valet parking are available for a charge. Current self-parking is $38 per vehicle, per night, and valet is $50 per night. Parking rates during the event may vary and will apply to attendees using the property’s parking facility.

The Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation is proud to host the 250th United States Marine Corps Birthday Ball—a spectacular evening commemorating two and a half centuries of honor, courage, and commitment.

Since the Marine Corps was founded on November 10, 1775, Marines have led with pride from the shores of Tripoli to today’s front lines. This year’s theme, “Tun Tavern: Where It All Began,” honors the birthplace of the Corps and the indomitable spirit passed down through generations of Marines.

We are honored to welcome our Guest of Honor, Maj Gen (Ret) Austin "Sparky" Rentforth, whose distinguished service and leadership exemplify the very best of the Marine Corps legacy.

Ticket Policy Notice
All tickets are non-refundable after October 1, 2025. By this date, all event expenses—such as meals, venue reservations, entertainment, gifts, and other gala preparations—will have been secured and paid for in advance.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. However, due to the commitments required to host a gala of this scale, we are unable to issue refunds after October 1st.

Thank You for Joining Us at the 2025 Defense Forum Breakfast!

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended the rescheduled 2025 Defense Forum Breakfast on February 13th. It was a privilege to co-host this event with the Central Florida Tech Grove and the Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation.

 

The morning was filled with engaging and insightful discussions led by commanders from PEO STRI, NAWCTSD, AFAMS, and PM TRASYS. We appreciate the valuable contributions made by our speakers as they addressed key concerns and trends in the Modeling, Simulation, and Training (MS&T) industry.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring together such a dynamic group of leaders, professionals, and experts in the field, and we look forward to continuing these important conversations in the future.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Toys for Tots 2024! Your generosity and support helped make this event a huge success.

The holiday season is a time to give back, and we’re so grateful for the local I&I Staff and Sgt. Wedding for hosting this Toys for Tots drive. We’re proud to have supported such a wonderful cause, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

A special thanks to our partners—the Central Florida Marine Corps Foundation (CFMCF), Central Florida Chapter of the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA), AUSA Sunshine Chapter (Official), and the Women Marines Association (WMA)—for coming together to help make this event impactful and meaningful.
